N° 01 — The brief

Tidewater roast twelve single-origin coffees that change with the seasons. Their old bags needed a new print run for every coffee, which was slow and expensive.

N° 02 — The approach

One bag, printed once in a deep sea blue, with a label system that changes for each coffee. Every label carries a tide chart for the week it was roasted — a small detail customers collect. The type is a sturdy slab serif with tabular figures for the tasting notes.

N° 03 — The outcome

Packaging costs fell by a third, new coffees reach the shelf in days, and the bags won a Pentawards bronze in 2025.

The labels are so good people frame them. We didn’t expect that.
